Flower Sessions
We offer Flower Sessions which are 60 minute workshops that encourages mindfulness through flower play. Research has shown that mindfulness is good for your health, happiness and wellbeing. As a way of giving back, we donate $5 from each session fee to Black Dog Institute.
We also host two free sessions annually, for mums at the Perinatal Wellbeing Centre in Canberra.
Flower sessions are facilitated by Grace Walter, founder of Juniper Blooms. Grace is a qualified florist and has completed training in mindfulness facilitation.
