1. How does a subscription work?

We deliver fresh bouquets of flowers in Canberra on a subscription basis. There are no lock-in contracts. After the initial delivery, you can redirect, pause or cancel at any time.

Subscribe and save 15% every time. Price includes a bonus vase and delivery within Canberra.

1. Choose style:

- Classic $69 per delivery (standard price $80)

- Premium $129 per delivery (standard price $150)

- Deluxe $199 per delivery (standard price $230)

2. Choose frequency:

- Fortnightly

- Monthly

3. Choose duration:

- Ongoing (pay-per-delivery)

- 3 months (prepaid)

2. When will my payment be charged?

Ongoing (pay-per-delivery): You will be charged for the first delivery on the order date. Subsequent payments will auto renew each fortnight or month depending on the frequency you have chosen. You can cancel at any time after the first delivery.

3 months (prepaid): The full amount will be charged upfront on the order date. Once your subscription has ended, it will not auto renew. You can cancel at any time after the first delivery. A refund for the unfulfilled deliveries will be processed to the original payment method.

3. When will I receive my flowers?

All deliveries are made on Tuesday.

The first bouquet will be delivered on the Tuesday following your order date. For orders placed on a Tuesday, the first delivery will be on Tuesday of the next week.

All subsequent deliveries will recur on Tuesday according to your chosen frequency (fortnightly or monthly).

4. What if there is no one home to receive the delivery?

Our drivers will leave the bouquet in a safe spot by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave your bouquet (eg. apartment building or locked gate), we will give you a call to discuss. Please include a contact number when you place your order.

We are not able to offer timed deliveries as our drivers goes via the most efficient route on the day.

5. I am giving the subscription as a gift, how will the recipient be informed?

We include a free gift tag with the first delivery that lets your recipient know that you have gifted them a flower subscription.

 

6. Can I have my bouquet sent to someone else?

Yes, this is a special feature we offer for free. You can share your flowers by redirecting any of the bouquets in your subscription to someone at a different address within Canberra. Delivery will be on your scheduled delivery date. Please email us the redirected address and name of recipient 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

7. How do I pause my subscription?

If you are going away, you can pause your subscription. Please advise us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by email or via the subscription link in your order confirmation email. Please note, if you pause on your scheduled delivery date, the pause will take effect after that delivery has been fulfilled.

8. How do I cancel my subscription?

After the initial delivery, you can cancel your subscription. Please advise us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by email, or via the subscription link in your order confirmation email. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Please note, if you cancel on your scheduled delivery date, the cancellation will take effect after that delivery has been fulfilled.


9. What flowers will be in my bouquet?

You will receive a changing selection of the best seasonal blooms each delivery. Pictures shown are examples of subscription flowers from previous weeks. Click here to see a guide to seasonal flowers.


10. Is it possible to make a one-time purchase of flowers?

Yes. You can make a one-time purchase of flowers by clicking here. Delivery will be on the next business day.  

11. Can I order a subscription for my office or business?

Yes! We can provide regular flowers for your premises. We can customise for your specific business needs, please contact us directly on 0410 553 145 or by email.

12. Which organisation does Juniper Blooms donate to?

We donate $5 from each bouquet sold to the Black Dog Institute to support mental health research. In addition, we run "Flower Sessions" and also donate $5 from each session fee to Black Dog Institute.
